MUSEUM WORKS ON CART LODGE
The contractors for the Museum works on the Cart Lodge should complete the work by the end of February 2013
All equipment associated with the work should be removed from the site
Thank you to the Museum for keeping on schedule and for saving the Cart Lodge from ruin for the future enjoyment of residents and visitors

BARN and GREEN
The new kitchen area with cooking facilities has been installed
We will be seeking planning permission to install safety railings for the steps down to the sunken garden along with a gate at the bottom and a handrail, these will match the existing railings on the steps up to the church

DITCHLING VILLAGE HALL
A new carpet has been laid in the lobby area
New stage curtains have been installed, they are a deep claret colour to fit in with the colour of the chairs and the new lobby carpet
We are awaiting delivery of new robust and secure steps for the stage
